My Favorite Cameras

Over the years I have owned many different cameras. This section of my Webpage will describe which cameras are my favorite out of all the cameras I have used.

Although I do not have this camera yet, I am very excited to get this camera. The Kodak EasyShare C513 came out in 2007 and uses AA batteries for power and standard SD Cards for storage. I ordered it off eBay because the other Kodak EasyShare I had died. I did quite a bit of researching and decided this would be the best DigiCam for me. I would have gone for a Sony Cybershot but, they are really expensive and require special storage media and a special type of battery and charger. From the sample photos I have seen of this camera it will be really fun to take this thing everywhere and capture lifes moments. I also really like the design of this camera compared to my last DigiCam I used.

The Canon Powershot G7x Mark II was my favorite camera for vlogging. For a while it seemed like most vloggers on YouTube used the G7x Mark II. Recently I would say that most YouTubers now use the Sony ZV-1 as it is newer and has better auto focus. Sadly I no longer have this camera because it died from water damage while I was on a spring break trip. I really liked the flip up screen on the camera that made it so you could see if the shot was framed correctly. The video and photo quality were also super excellent and the camera was small enough to fit in your pocket. I still miss this camera to this day.

The Canon Rebel T6i has been my favorite DSLR camera I have ever used. I still use this camera when ever I am wanting to take nice looking images or video. As a photography camera it is amazing and I do not think I have any complaints. The auto focus is fast and it is very comfortable to hold and use. The interface is also very well designed and I can easly navigate the menus. However, For video it has a few flaws. The auto focus can be a hit or miss, which I definitley noticed last time I used it when I shot a dead mall video. The framerate and resolution options are also not great for todays age as it only goes up to 1080p at 30 FPS. Besides those flaws I love this camera a lot and if I am doing something that requires good quality this is my go to camera.
